On the way up to the Poconos...Lena kept saying "Pick Your Nose" instead of Poconos. That was the start of a weekend of funny conversations and fun new friendships.
We rented an amazing house though VRBO in Lake Harmony, PA. It was wonderful to get to know all of our friend's children, and to see Lena interacting with the older ones. Lena had her first big-girl sleepover with her new friends. We hiked, built forts, played touch football on the lake, saw families of deer and ate a delicious meal made by Kate on Saturday night.
